Central Coast Dragon Boat Association
Policies and Procedures
Central Coast Dragon Boat Association (CCDBA) is an all volunteer nonprofit corporation, organized for tax exempt purposes under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and governed by a self perpetuating Board of Directors. It does not have voting members. CCDBA operates pursuant to its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws.
OUR DUAL MISSION:
—To build a community of dragon boat teams for all levels of competition,
And
—To empower and support cancer survivors in the sport.
These Policies and Procedures are intended to promote a fun, safe, and supportive environment for all paddlers involved in CCDBA programs, and to ensure compliance with the laws governing a non-profit corporation. The Policies and Procedures are subject to change by action of the Board of Directors, as needed.
